Lindsey and Dorrell are delighted to announce the birth of their beautiful son Gabriel. He is a great joy to us and we look forward to introducing him to all our yoga friends.

Obviously Lindsey has been busy looking after Gabriel, but is now starting to teach again at the Cheltenham Holistic Health Centre.

Initially this will consist of a Thursday morning class for a small group of students who have attended Linsey's classes for many years but have had a break due to her absence.

This class is currently full, but please leave your name with the Practice Manager, Sally Yallup, at CHHC if you are interested in attending classes in the future.

We will soon be starting a Monday morning class which will be a general class, and open to all students with a minimum of two years experience of Iyengar Yoga. Again, if you are interested in being put on the list for this class, speak to Sally at CHHC.

Both Monday and Thursday classes will be on a drop in basis:
