News and Events
for spring 2008
New studio
Thank you all for your patience and co-operation as we have settled into the
new studio at CHHC.
Please can students continue to bear in mind that other people may be in a
sensitive therapeutic
context in the area around the top of the stairs outside the yoga studio.
Points particularly to remember are:
1. Check which room we are using for storage before going into one!
2. If you could be as quiet as possible until you get into the studio!
3. If you can come pre-prepared (ie in your kit, or with kit on under something),
thats great.
If not, please change in the larger toilet downstairs and then deposit your
clothes upstairs.
Then go into studio ASAP!
Booking
A few notes about the new booking system:
1. Please put your BOOKING FORM with payment in the YOGA box in reception.
2. If you have any queries about catching up missed classes etc please ask
SALLY
when she is on reception or you can ring in and speak to her.
OR..re-read the booking form..all info is on there, or here on the website!
NAMASTE!
Generally...
Drop In class will be for complete beginners only
Drop-in classes will still be available for completely new beginners to try
out a class before
signing up for a term.
If you have to miss any of your term dates for any reason, you can still pick
up your missed
classes at another time within the time-scale of that term.
We have tried to remain as flexible as possible around this;
it has simply become too complicated to manage.
In-box for term booking forms
If you are signing up for a term, please hand your forms and payment in prior
to the start of term.
There will be an 'in-box' in reception at CHHC; you just need to place your
form with the cheque in
an envelope and put it in the box. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card
please liaise with
Sally or Gill on reception.

and each pose as a meditation,
then the light will dawn
